Online coaching with Sean will consist of the combination of virtual communication, weekly personalized training plans, and ongoing monitoring and support via your unique personal Resource Hub. You are always free to reach out via WhatsApp or email for any questions & concerns regarding your program.

Do I need a gym membership to follow your programming?

A gym membership is not necessary. Depending on your specific program and goals, your workouts can be completed at home, in the gym, or even outside at a park.

what kind of workouts/programs are offered?

At STRENGTH WITHIN, the program that you sign up to follow will depend on your needs and goals. Whether you are a newbie looking to improve your exercise competency or a cancer survivor regaining your strength and vitality, the workouts will be tailored around your availability and lifestyle. Typically, workouts range anywhere from 30-min to 1-hour - depending on the daily objective.

What qualifications do you have in the field of fitness & nutrition?

As your coach, Sean has quite the indepth & diverse background that you want from a professional. With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Sport Nutrition, Sean knows his stuff! He is also certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer to stay up to date with the latest science in the field.

what are the potential benefits of choosing online coaching over in-person coaching?

Online coaching is just as beneficial as in-person coaching, but with the added feature of flexibility. You can complete your workouts whenever and wherever you’d like. Plus, Sean is always close-by whenever you need him - in your phone.

how often will i communicate with my coach?

It is up to you. Sean is available to answer any questions or provide further insights with just a simple text. You can always book a Zoom call at his available time slots to cover anything infurther detail.
