Professional Coach & Certified Trainer

As your personal coach, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to guide you on your journey toward better fitness & nutrition. With a background deeply rooted in sports, I transitioned my love of athletics into a dedicated focus on tennis, which eventually led me to a career in personal training. Having earned my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Whittier College and my master's degree in Sport Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, I have honed my knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive support in your wellness journey.


My passion for nutrition and fitness was further amplified during my time as a mentee with the head dietitian at the Olympic Training Center, shaping me into a coach who understands the intricacies of holistic well-being. Having worked across various states, including Colorado, Arizona, New York, and now in Italy, I have gained insights from diverse cultural and athletic backgrounds, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
